You don’t need to decide anything.
Just notice what brings relief.

A calm, private, 5-day experiment for mothers who are tired — not broken.

No pressure. No labels. No commitments.

What This Is:

  • A Short Guided Experiment

  • One Prompt Per Day

  • No Pressure, Labels, or Decisions

  • Private and Self Paced

What This Is NOT:

  • Not Therapy

  • Not a Recovery Program

  • Not a Commitment to Change

  • Not a Public Group

How it Works:

1. You sign up

2. Each day, you receive a short email prompt

3. You return to the same private page to reflect and chat with your AI companion

4. The experiment gently concludes after 5 days

Technical Note: To use the Relief Experiment, you'll need a free ChatGPT account (create one at chat.openai.com if you don't have one). Each day, click the link in your email to return to the same conversation with Nora — she has memory enabled and will remember what you've shared across all 5 days. We recommend bookmarking the link so you can easily return.

Now's a perfect time to introduce Nora.

Nora is a calm, reflective companion designed to help you pause, notice, and hear yourself more clearly — without pressure or advice.

  • Nora is a companion, not a guru

  • She asks questions more than she gives answers

  • She doesn’t judge or tell you what to do

  • She reflects your own thinking back to you

Think of her as a calm place to think — not something telling you what to do.

Your Privacy:

Your conversations with Nora are private. I (Krystle) cannot see what you share with her. However, your reflections are processed by OpenAI (the company behind ChatGPT) and stored according to their privacy policy. As with any online platform, don't share information you wouldn't want stored digitally. Nora is not HIPAA-compliant and is not a medical or therapeutic service.

Who This Experiment Is For — And Who It's Not For

The Relief Experiment is designed for mothers who are noticing patterns, feeling stuck, or wondering about their relationship with alcohol and stress. It's for women who want space to reflect without judgment.

This experiment is NOT:

  • A medical or clinical treatment program

  • A replacement for therapy, counseling, or addiction treatment

  • Designed for active alcohol withdrawal or medical complications

  • Equipped to handle mental health crises or emergencies

If any of the following apply to you, please seek professional support first:

  • You're experiencing withdrawal symptoms (shaking, sweating, anxiety, seizures)

  • You're drinking in ways that create immediate danger to yourself or your children

  • You're having thoughts of harming yourself or others

  • You need medical or psychiatric intervention

The Relief Experiment can complement professional care, but it's not a substitute for it. If you're unsure whether this is right for you, trust your gut — and consider talking with a healthcare provider.
